Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of prescription medications and telehealth services, all orders are subject to the terms below.

Prescription medications

All prescription products, including compounded GLP-1 medications, are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once they have been dispensed or shipped. This policy is required for safety and regulatory reasons.

Medical consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed or reviewed by a licensed provider.

If a consultation is canceled before being reviewed, a refund may be requested.

Order processing

Once a prescription has been approved and submitted to the pharmacy, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping issues

If your order arrives damaged or there is a verified shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement where appropriate.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders must be canceled or modified prior to the billing date. Once a subscription charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.

Results are not guaranteed and are not a basis for refunds. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
